Karen Sue - Office Manager
Karen Sue’s understanding of the various needs related to our practice as a whole and her ‘owner mind-set’ is the foundation of her success as our Office Manager. She has been a key part of the dental office since Dr. Mueller opened his own practice in 1991. She has attended numerous Continued Education courses to enhance her overall skill. Most recently, she has received a certificate in “Dental Office Management” and is a current member of American Association of Dental Office Managers.

She is known to the staff for her motivational techniques, enthusiastic attitude and as being the back bone of the practice. Her creative ideas inspires those she leads and encourages team members to pursue interests that will not only teach them advanced areas of dentistry but gives them knowledge to carry throughout their career. With her patience and understanding, she goes with the flow, seeing difficulties as a challenge, not an obstacle.

Over the years she has grown in her career and built lifetime relationships with team members and patients, grasping every opportunity to exceed patients' needs and expectations. She is most inspired, as is as every team member, with making Deer Creek Dental thrive and grow with the community.
amanda Amanda - Treatment Coordinator
One of the first smiling faces you will meet at Deer Creek Dental is our Treatment Coordinator. Amanda’s experience and enthusiastic attitude always help her assure our patients that great smiles happen here. She graduated from WWTC in 2001 and has experience in several aspects of dental care, including: Orthodontics, Oral Surgery and Pediatric Dentistry. She takes pride in helping people achieve their goal of a dynamic, healthy smile.
jackie Jackie - Insurance Coordinator
Jackie joined our team in 2008 and we were happy to have her join us.  She brought with her 7 years of experience in public relations.  She was new to the dental profession, but her transition into the dental field has been flawless.  Her outgoing and warm personality helps make our patients feel welcome the moment they walk in the door. As our Insurance Coordinator, Jackie will work with you on any insurance questions you may have and she also assists with any scheduling needs. She is an integral part of our team.
mindy Alli - Patient Coordinator
We welcomed Alli to our team in May 2010. Her prior experience in the dental field made her move to our clinic very smooth and easy. Alli was already knowledgeable on many important aspects of dentistry when she first arrived and has become a vital part of our team in just a short time. She greets patients upon arrival with a welcoming smile and assists with all the scheduling.
Shelly Shelly - Patient Coordinator
Shelly is one of the most recent additions to the Deer Creek Dental staff – joining us in December 2010.  She has a background working in marketing and is currently obtaining her degree in Health Information Technology. She has quickly adapted to her new position here and is one of the first faces patients see upon arrival. Two of her best attributes are her cheerfulness and her motivation to assist patients in any way possible. In her free time, Shelly truly enjoys hunting and fishing. Perhaps someday one of her trophies will end up on our walls!

Karen began the Dental Assistant Program at WTC in 1998. Her first clinical assignment was in Tomah with Dr. Mueller. In January 2000, a full-time assisting position became available and we gladly welcomed her aboard. Over the years, Karen has become a true asset to our team! She is proud to be a part of the continued advancement in dentistry at Deer Creek. She is a very warm, kind individual and will make your experience a comfortable one. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, which is one of her favorite hobbies. She enjoys reading and traveling, as well as spending time outdoors with her husband Josh. At the end of the day, her Basset Hound, Abby, always puts a smile on her face.
Beth - Dental Assistant
We welcomed Beth to the Deer Creek team with enthusiasm in May 2010. Beth arrived with 1 ½ years prior experience in the dental field and a lot of excitement for her dental profession. Beth’s love for dentistry translates into her ability to put patients at ease and she does this from the moment you meet her. Beth is originally from Ohio and she also loves horses.
Angela

Angela - Dental Assistant
Angela graduated as a Dental Assistant from WWTC in 1996. Over the years she has experienced multiple aspects of dentistry and has enjoyed helping patients improve their dental awareness. Her previous experiences have given her the opportunity to learn more about implants and TMJ through continuing education. Since her employment at Deer Creek Dental in August 2010, Angela has become a vital part of our team and her knowledge of dental assisting is very broad. She enjoys working at Deer Creek Dental and loves helping patients receive outstanding dental care. When not working, Angela spends time with her three children and two mini dachshunds and loves being outdoors.

Kelly E.  – Dental Assistant
Kelly has always been fascinated by the field of dentistry, a fascination that began as a child to her trips to the dentist.  She graduated from WWTC and brought 10 years of dental assisting experience with her when she joined Deer Creek Dental staff in February 2011.  She has been an appreciated addition to our team with her vibrant personality and love and dedication to the dental field.  Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and her hobbies include quilting and camping.

goldie Goldie - Dental Assistant
Goldie is known for her warm-hearted approach with patients and staff at Deer Creek Dental. She graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 2004 and came to us in October 2010 with four years of dental assisting experience. Patient care and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Goldie and she enjoys making procedures go well for both the patient and the doctor. Her family inspires her and motivates her to reach her professional goals. 
goldie Wendie - Dental Assistant
For the last 10 years Wendy has enjoyed her career as a Dental Assistant. She came to Deer Creek as a patient, but was so impressed with the doctors and staff and the newest technology, that when a position became available as a part-time assistant, she was elated to fill the position! She thoroughly enjoys serving the people of Monroe and surrounding counties, helping you to achieve your healthiest smile!

Kay’s easy-going demeanor and upbeat attitude make every experience at Deer Creek a positive one. Her recent addition of Hygiene Coordinator, to dental assisting, has allowed her to assist patients in achieving top-quality oral health. Kay’s diverse talents allow her to perfectly complete any task assigned. She leaves a great impression on every patient!
hannah Hannah - Registered Dental Hygienist
Hannah has been a hygienist for 7 years and employed here at Deer Creek for 5 years. She earned an Associate of Arts Degree from the University of Eau Claire and her Dental Hygiene Degree from Wausau, WI.  She then obtained her license to administer anesthetic from the University of Minnesota. Hannah often gets compliments on her pain-free anesthetic delivery and her thorough clinical skills.  She enjoys working in a state of the art practice with the latest in technology. She strives to give the best care by coordinating our extensive Periodontal Therapy Program. When not at Deer Creek she enjoys spending time with her husband and active young daughter.
michelle Michelle - Registered Dental Hygienist
Upon meeting Michelle, our patients always receive a warm welcome to our office.  Many patients appreciate Michelle’s gentle touch and sweet personality.  Her attention to detail and excellent patient rapport increases awareness of dental health for many of the patients who see her.  We are confident that you will be impressed with Michelle’s dental knowledge and skill with periodontal care, and your experience with her will always be pleasant.
danelle Danelle - Registered Dental Hygienist
Danelle started out as a patient of Dr. Mueller’s when she was 18.  Initially thinking that nursing was the career choice for her, she was excited when Dr. Mueller opened her eyes to the Dental field and suggested Dental Hygiene. Needless to say, it was the perfect match for the bubbly, high-spirited hygienist she is today. She joined the Deer Creek Dental team in 2005 after graduating from MATC with a Dental Hygiene degree and a license to administer anesthetic. The most rewarding part of her career is seeing the positive changes in her patient’s oral health and esthetics. Danelle’s hard work and dedication towards the Give Kids A Smile  program has helped organize free dental care to the young children for the past few years. Her understanding and compassionate relationships with her patients and her skill at communicating their needs, fosters an evident boost in their self esteem. Her outgoing personality and loveable laugh blends with our patients to create a goal focused team approach in developing better dental and overall health.
Kelse Kelse - Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelse was originally inspired to pursue a career in dental hygiene by family and friends – particularly by her aunt. She began her career in 2006. Kelse is very conversational and immediately engages our patients in comfortable dialogue, thus welcoming them to our practice. We appreciate her energy and professionalism. She cherishes her time with her family and son and enjoys hobbies such as scrap-booking.
