Meet Kurren Virk, DMD

Dr. Virk was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Despite not having family in healthcare, a long personal journey with braces and jaw surgery led him to the field, and he loves how dentistry offers a creative way to improve people’s health and confidence. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, Arizona. With an unending desire to better serve his patients, he was selected for a one-year advanced residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.

After a few years working in private practice in Oklahoma and Texas, Dr. Virk jumped at the opportunity to join Dr. Tim, drawn to a practice that shares his values of excellence, treating patients like family, and staying on the cutting edge of the field. He pursues extensive additional training in all aspects of dentistry and is following in the footsteps of Dr. Tim, including courses at the Kois Center.

Outside of the office, Dr. Virk enjoys playing golf and tinkering with golf clubs, is a big soccer fan, loves dogs, and enjoys traveling and trying diverse food. He is new to Wisconsin and would love to hear about your favorite restaurants and fun activities!
